Express Vouchers
If you choose to receive your gift voucher as an Express Voucher, the voucher will be emailed to the email address you have provided within 30 minutes. If you have any problems receiving or downloading your voucher please contact us.
Normal Gift Vouchers
We will post your purchased voucher to you via Australia Post. There is no additional charge for the postage.
Refunds
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase .It must be used by due date unless other arrangements have been made. No refund is offered once the gift voucher has been issued.
